October is Domestic Awareness Month, and we want to support Alexandra house, an organization that provides domestic and sexual violence services to women, men, youth and families.

We will be making "welcome bags" for incoming clients to give them small comforts while they go through a difficult transitional time.

A little about Alexandra House:
All services are free-of-charge and include 24-hour emergency shelter, legal advocacy, therapy, support groups, youth intervention and prevention services, abuse in later life resources, community education and professional training, and more. They are located in the cities of Blaine and Anoka, but serve victims of domestic and sexual violence across the state of Minnesota.
